Once you get all all three bars up then you become a store manager here's a pic of when you know your a manager :

and when you become a store manager you unlock a lot of awesome things that you can only get if your a store manager

shop until you drop!

too go to level 3 quicker you should go to your pda and it says trade idk how many items but trade the items to citizens of buildabearville that's how i got to go to level 3 Very Happy

you need to trade five
