Red flower Lei's

Ok so i've been seeing a few people on babv wearing these red flower lei's on thier heads and wrists but can't find where they're getting them from. i know it's not from the fountain for this month and it's not in any of the shops so it could only be from one of two places; a code or was it a prize from the traveling market that i missed out on?

Those items came with outfits at Abbie Brights Traveling Market that was in BABV a little while ago, she's gone now unfortunately. There were many cool tiki themed outfits to get, those included.
