| I don't think I've ever had that problem, Gerardofastpaws!!??  Does it happen every single time you try to log on? The best advice I can think of right now is to clear out your browser, and then try to log into BABV and see if that makes a difference! If you're not sure how to clear your browser, let us know and we can help you!  | |

As the above guys said, I'd clear your cache - Other than that - Maybe restart your computer if it doesn't do the job?
