| No, When an Administrator comes on they can choose to open it, or keep it closed. We do this because of your safety.  | |

| The 3 posts above are correct. As a part of our official internet saftey code (can be found in rules & guidelines) we assure members are 100% safe here at Bearville World therefore it has been decided by our Administraton Dept.
