What bear and where

I saw this teacup ride in someone backback.what bear and where can you get it from??

it's from the new Downtown Disney bear that i think came out late last year - early this year. the bear is primarily white, with the mouse ear emblems allover it in different colors. the "Tea Cup Ride" is the psi although it's not really a ride but more like a chair {think of the ferris wheel chair we got during last years visit from the sanrio friends}. I'm dying to get my hands on him =0).
