Max, why dont you email Maxine or vwhelp and ask them if it was a glitch and then post an update...thanks, LZ

I emailed them and they said: "If you didn’t get the Report Hat, don’t worry you still have a chance in future Bearville Times newspapers. Keep reading the Bearville Times each week and you might get a special gift." ...so i don't know if that was for thet issue and it is no longer avalible
